Service Description

This 12-week online coaching program is designed to support Internationally Educated Occupational Therapists (IEOTs) preparing for Phase 3 of the ACOTRO SEAS process—the Competency Assessment (CA) Exam. The course includes weekly group sessions, curated self-study resources, targeted exam strategies, and a mock exam with personalized feedback. Build your clinical reasoning, confidence, and readiness to succeed in the CA exam and move one step closer to licensure in Canada.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of Payment: Payment Due: Full payment is required before the start of the program. Accepted Payment Methods: [PayPal, credit card]. No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of professional coaching services, refunds will not be issued once payment has been processed. Weekly Group Discussion Sessions For CA Preparation Course: These sessions cannot be rescheduled. If a participant is unable to attend, a recording of the session can be requested for an additional fee of $20 CAD. Rescheduling Policy For JKAT Preparation session AND Q&A session: Clients may request a one-time rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund. Late or Missed Sessions: If a participant misses a session, the full fee still applies. No make-up sessions will be provided. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
